2. Designing educational programs in various medical and health specialties in light of local, regional and global quality and accreditation standards and keeping pace with modern scientific knowledge developments and evaluating and renewing them on an ongoing basis.  2.1 Designing educational programs for medical and health specializations in light of local, regional and international academic accreditation standards
2.2 Modernizing the prevailing educational programs in medical and health specialties by keeping pace with modern knowledge developments and the standards of the World Federation for Medical Education 2015 AD
2.3 Evaluating and developing educational programs in medical and health specialties periodically, every five years, in light of quality standards and academic accreditation.
2.4 Adopting a clear policy in the use and employment of information and communication technology techniques in all processes of designing, evaluating and developing educational programs in medical and health specialties in light of quality standards and academic accreditation.

5- To develop and design a student evaluation policy and manage student affairs in all medical and health disciplines, in light of local, regional, and international standards of quality, excellence, and governance. 5.1 To develop the admissions and coordination system in medical and health disciplines by employing modern technological means and global systems.

5.2 To develop the student services system in medical and health disciplines (examinations, grade monitoring, documentation, student activities and services, etc.) at all academic levels, by employing modern technological means and systems.

 

5.3 To design a student evaluation policy for all medical and health courses and their participation in educational, administrative, and technical activities at the university and its faculties, in light of local, regional, and international standards of quality, excellence, and governance.

1- To develop and complete the university’s comprehensive infrastructure in accordance with local, regional, and international standards of quality, excellence, and competitiveness. 1.1 To develop the university’s existing infrastructure (physical and organizational) in accordance with local, regional, and international standards of quality and competitiveness.

7. To develop and design a genuine partnership system between the university and the Ministry of Public Health and Population, and between the university and specialized local and international institutions and organizations, both governmental and non-governmental, enabling the university to contribute to meeting the needs of the local, regional, and global labor market. 7.1 To develop a partnership system between the university and the Ministry of Public Health and Population by aligning university programs with the ministry’s strategic plans and programs related to developing specialized human resources

7.2 To design a partnership system between the university and specialized institutions and organizations, including public and private universities, by linking university outputs with their needs and specialized human resources, both locally and internationally.

Developing, enhancing, and diversifying the university’s funding sources from government and self-generated financial resources in a way that fulfills the university’s strategic vision, mission, and values. 6.1 Developing sources of government funding by developing the university’s budget plans in coordination with relevant government entities.
6.2  Developing self-funding sources by expanding the university’s academic and health programs and partnering with specialized internal and external institutions and organizations.

To implement ethical and servant leadership models in university administration by establishing a governance system and providing a work environment that fosters creativity and innovation in managing academic and administrative operations. 4.1To implement modern leadership models in university administration by establishing ethical and servant leadership models, etc.
4.2 To employ modern methods and systems, particularly good governance and management, in managing academic and administrative operations at the university.

To develop and design a specialized human resources policy (faculty members, administrators, and technicians) in light of knowledge and modern technology advancements, quality and accreditation standards, and the requirements of comprehensive development. 3.1 To develop a specialized human resources policy for the university (faculty members, administrators, and technicians) in light of quality and accreditation standards, thereby fostering the efficient development of their knowledge and performance capabilities.
3.2 To design a policy for attracting specialized human resources (faculty members, administrators, and technicians) by adopting local and international quality standards, the requirements of knowledge and technological advancements, and comprehensive societal development.
