Learning outcomes

After the student completes these programs, he will be able to obtain the learning outcomes that are appropriate for each of the following skills:

Knowledge and Understanding: ( knowledge and understanding )

Upon completion of the program, the student will be able to:

  1. Familiarity with concepts, principles, theories, and basic sciences in the field of nursing sciences.
  2. Understanding the natural, functional and anatomical characteristics of the human body.
  3. Know the causes, symptoms, and complications of common health problems that affect different stages of life.
  4. Familiarity with the six international goals for patient safety.
  5. Knowledge of the ethical, legal, and medical aspects of practicing the profession.
  6. Knowledge of the principles and basics of sterilization and infection control.

Cognitive Skills ( Intellectual skills )

Upon completion of the program, the student will be able to:

  1. Evaluating the information and data required to help diagnose and solve simple and complex health and disease problems according to scientific foundations.
  2. Evaluating the results of nursing activities according to evidence-based best practices.
  3. Developing health care plans and programs to meet the needs of the individual and society.

Practical and Professional Skills ( practical and professional skills )

Upon completion of the program, the student will be able to:

  1. Employing modern technologies and medical devices in the field of nursing sciences.
  2. Providing medical services for people with special needs and emergency services.
  3. Dealing with complications and medical errors.
  4. Applying standardized protocols (constitutions) when providing nursing care.
  5. Use appropriate methods to assist in the initial diagnosis to provide the necessary medical services and care.
  6. Applying the concepts of leadership and management in implementing.

Transferable / General Skills ( Transferable - General skills )

Upon completion of the program, the student will be able to:

  1. Practicing communication skills in the work environment.
  2. Practicing leadership skills and working within a team, taking into account professional, ethical, and cultural responsibility.
  3. Using various learning sources and the foundations of scientific research.
  4. Working in difficult conditions, especially in cases of crises, wars and epidemics.
  5. Analyzing data statistically, interpret it, and display it using a computer. Self-development and ensuring the ability to continuously learn.
